What we need
- Design of email marketing template based on the Organization's visual branding guidelines
- Application of email template for 3-5 emails series, if applicable
Additional details
We are in need of visually compelling email marketing templates for a variety of uses including automated donation receipts/thank you e-mails, e-commerce marketing automations, our monthly newsletter, project/event announcements, and pledge drives. We have an organizational brand identity, as well as one for our flagship program, Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Mailchimp account, and organizational brand identity, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of desired email marketing templates, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,092 , allowing us to focus our attention and resources on expanding our programming, developing new programs, and engaging with communities.
At PangeaSeed Foundation, we are a two-person team running the organization behind the scenes. While we have a great reach on social media and a supporter base that spans the globe, we are not making proper use of tools such as Mailchimp. We don't have the manpower or expertise to create the necessary assets to better take advantage of email marketing to maximize our fundraising and outreach potential.

Our mission
PangeaSeed Foundation is an international non-profit organization acting at the intersection of art and environmentalism to further the conservation of our oceans.
Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to create meaningful environmental change for oceans through science, education, and ARTivism.
What we do
PangeaSeed Foundation was founded on four core values (Sustainability, Education, Ecology and Design) and operates within three program areas (ARTivism, Education, and Science).
Our flagship program is Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans, our groundbreaking public art program that brings the ocean into streets around the globe.
To date, it has been the most powerful tool for the realization of our organization's mandate. Since 2014, we have created over 350 murals in 15 countries across the globe, all addressing pressing marine environmental topics.
With the help from our growing community of 250+ supporting artists donating their time and talent, we continue to bring attention to the global plight of our oceans through ARTivism and are fostering a new breed of conservation through community engagement and empowerment.
