What we'd like to talk about

We are looking for someone who has skills related to mediation and/or facilitating challenging conversations (especially DEI topics) who can facilitate a conversation between two staff members.

Additional context

We are a small organization and do not have an "HR department" with an individual who could offer reparative facilitation/mediation. We hope to utilize facilitation to have a conversation between two staff members. We are specifically seeking a 3rd party, rather than utilizing channels of "formal grievance" because we wish to aim for repair rather than adjudication or discipline. The topical area is in the realm of allyship to marginalized identities, specifically in the realm of queer/trans experience.

"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
