We would like to create not a brochure, but a training guide in wildlife tracking for our volunteers. This will be a fairly large project, it is going to be around 26 pages (21 species accounts plus 5 intro pages), but will be immensely valuable resource for us.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the text, drawings, and general layout ready to go, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a lot of enthusiam for the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to We do not have the finances to hire someone to do this project, so without help we could not have this resource.

Cascadia Wild's largest program is a community science project in which volunteers collect data on wildlife in our nearby national forest. One main survey method we use is to look for footprints in the snow. Having a guide to help volunteers identify these footprints, that is specific to our local area, will be immensely valuable, both in training new volunteers and in serving as a resource they can use in the field, which in turn will improve the accuracy of the data we collect.

Testimonials

Mary did an absolutely wonderful job on this project and is a very skillful desinger. The booklet she designed for us is very professional looking in quality. It also involved a challanging layout, which she was able to work with and find a great looking solution to. Mary was also great to work with, and followed through on all time commitments. The project was very large, larger than originally anticipated, and she committed to seeing it through to the end. Her work exceeded my expectations and I am very happy to recommend her!
