Flexible Marketing Strategy Support
Flexible Marketing Strategy Support
Project details
What we need
- Ongoing marketing strategy support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
- Support may include: defining your marketing goals, determining the right marketing channels, messaging your program, branding, or defining your target audience
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details
Our org, SoCal 350 Climate Action, has a weekly broadcast/podcast called EcoJustice Radio. We are featured on KPFK Los Angeles and all major podcast apps doing environmental and climate stories from a social justice frame. We want to expand our listener community, broaden our social media impact, and devise a plan to bring in funding through Patreon, Apple Podcast, or other.
What we have in place
- We currently have our multiple social media and podcast channels operating, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a couple of people working with us, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to continue to pay our sound engineer and other people working in our climate advocacy here in Southern California.
We are building the climate movement and advancing environmental stories through long-form interview journalism that has an international scope but also focuses on local viewpoints that can be inspirational to many different communities. We would like to expand the number of radio stations/online venues where we are featured and grow the impact of the show.
Project plan
Our mission
SoCal 350 Climate Action energizes and empowers Southern California communities to seek solutions with local, regional, and global reach to confront the ongoing climate emergency.
Our mission is to organize, activate, and engage across class, gender, racial, and ethnic lines to build a mass movement across Southern California for a healthy climate and a 100% clean energy future with full employment.
We envision an equitable economy through a fossil-fuel-free future, collaborating within our communities to unite for environmental, social, and economic justice.
We organize actions, participate in artivist, political, and social gatherings, and encourage people to get active.
