What we need
  • Creation of a Facebook Ad Campaign for a pre-determined number of ads including advertising objectives, target audience, budget, and schedule
  • Training on how to successfully update, monitor, and measure the performance of your ads on Facebook
  • Facebook pixel creation, if appropriate
Additional details

Hi, we have three goals: 1, grow brand identity of Palisades Parks Conservancy and our work and 2, promote our Rock the River Race and 3, promote a photo program for Washington's HQs. We've been given a list of targeted individuals (interested in parks & in our zip codes) but we need creative. And we need some help/tutoring on how to place the ad on Facebook and IG - and how to load the list in as well for our advertising. Our goal is to start the advertising in early August if possible.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo for Rock the River and the photo program, and photos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have many images of work that has been done by the Conservancy, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to maintain regular operations and support our parks and historic sites immediate needs around educational programming.

The Parks and Historic Sites we support attract 9 million annual visitors. While we've been growing our social presence, we really need a jump start. This will help grow brand awareness and commitment to our projects - which equals eventual growth in individual fundraising efforts.

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the Organization’s current Facebook marketing strategies (if any), advertising objectives/ define call to action, and ideal target audience
    *Volunteer Manager shares available budget and schedule, as well as target audience email list (if applicable) with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager grants Professional access to the Organization’s existing Facebook account
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree on a set number/variations of ads for the Professional to create for the campaign

Milestone 1: Campaign & Ad Set-Up
  • Professional begins campaign set up by selecting a campaign objective
  • Professional creates ad set based on specific audience, detailed targeting, placements, and selects daily budget and schedule determined by Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Ad Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates Facebook ad(s) and links to desired landing page (if any)
  • Professional shares ad(s) with Volunteer Manager and receives feedback
  • Professional incorporates feedback and submits ad(s) for Facebook review

Milestone 3: Tracking & Analytics
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to track and analyze Facebook Advertising performance
  • Professional explains to Volunteer Manager how to update Ad Set, including how to turn off ad sets instead of deleting them
