Salesforce Database Customization

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

I need someone who has experience integrating Action Network with Salesforce, so data from forms will properly map to/update relevant objects, adding Action Network's tags to Salesforce (ideally to use generally, even for data not coming from AN)

What we have in place
  • We actively use Action Network, and are getting our Salesforce up and running. We can give you whatever privileges are necessary to help with integrating the two; we are not switching from AN to Salesforce, but will be using both simultaneously. We also have Zapier, if that's needed for this integration...
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to help out smaller climate justice network member orgs with microgrants, and/or subsidize annual meeting attendance

We currently have data coming from several different sources; this will allow us to streamline and standardize everything, which will save a lot of time and effort and avoid missing opportunities due to data siloing.
