- Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
- Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We are setting up a Saleforce CRM for donor relationship management, volunteer scheduling and gathering general metrics about our supporters. We have V4S (volunteers for salesforce) already installed and would like someone to help set up the system and integrate our small team in the software. We have supporters we would like to integrate from flipcause and kickstarter and migrate our existing calendly process over to V4S.
What we have in place
- We currently have a salesforce account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have CSV's of existing donors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to further expand our volunteer efforts and create meaningful connections with the Wild Mile.
We have gone 5 years with adhoc CRM methods and scheduling. So far we have invested a lot of effort into using "simpler" tools which end up hitting a wall. We want to integrate all our contacts, volunteers and supporters into something which helps us manage relationships better and identify those who stand out.
