What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

We are looking for creation of an illustration or graphic that displays the array of outdoor recreation opportunities in the St. Louis, Missouri area. The concept is to create a not-to-scale creative "map" that can be used as an ad in a St. Louis magazine where readers can use the map as a type of game to check off how many of the items they have completed. The concept is not concrete, but the illustration would be used as an ad to show rivers, trails, recreation points of interest.

What we have in place
  • We can provide maps of trails and rivers and locations of points of interest. We can provide a strawman drawing of what we are looking to have done professionally.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put more funds into stream education, advocacy, and stewardship

This will help increase the awareness of our organization's activities in the St. Louis region and encourage outdoor recreation.

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

Our mission

Stream Teams United promotes and supports Missouri Stream Teams and Stream Team Associations. We facilitate education of Stream Teams and the general public in order to build an appreciation and knowledge of Missouri stream resources. We support stewardship projects to improve the health of Missouri's rivers and streams. We advocate for clean water, provide information to Missouri citizens, and serve as a united voice for healthy Missouri waters.
