What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

Hello! We are an environmental charity and launched a new campaign last week. We have taken footage of the day but need someone to make it into a short doc style video for us. We will be using this on our website and social media channels.

What we have in place
  • We currently have footage, script layout, overall narrative and branding., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all relevant info on campaign and why it's important, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to put resources back into our charity. The campaign we are launching is nationwide but we have only one staff member running it. Having this video will help us to reach more people.

We launched a campaign that is hugely successful here in Ireland and will go on to grow substantially. We want to show our members and the public just what we have been doing and why it is so important. We need assets like this but do not have the skills to carry it out. We are a charity NGO and need help to get that polished assets that we so desperately need.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

VOICE advocates for the government and the corporate sector to adopt environmentally responsible behaviours, and for the development of strong national policies on waste and water issues.

VOICE was founded in 1997 following the closure of Greenpeace Ireland.
