What we need
  • Ongoing marketing strategy support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: defining your marketing goals, determining the right marketing channels, messaging your program, branding, or defining your target audience
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.

Changing Tides Foundation is seeking support with marketing of our new 2021 Membership program. We need help executing our plan, copy, and possibly newsletters. We have a few ideas for social posts & reels and would love help with storytelling and captivating potential members. Thank you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have 4 concepts for social posts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas for ongoing engagement from members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to put money into developing more programs to get women in the ocean, teaching them to surf and protect our environment, while building their confidence throughout life.

This is our first year with a membership program and we are excited! People ask us all the time on how to be more involved with CTF and becoming a member is one way. With memberships, it's a way we can reach people from all over the world and expand our CTF community, we just need help getting the word out with a great marketing plan.

  • Volunteer and Volunteer Manager align on the scope of ongoing support that the Volunteer will provide to address this need

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
