Project details

What we need
  • Minor updates to Organization’s existing website (e.g. adding new copy and/or images, customizing styles/themes, basic layout revising, etc.)
  • Training for Organization staff on how to make minor updates going forward (if applicable)
Additional details

Website needs updating. Materials for it are 90% complete. Could use advise on the rest. We use Wix. We started and were unable to finish till now. It's vital to the campaign/our cause that we get this done soon. www.eastforkcommunitycoalition.org

What we have in place
  • We currently have documents proofed by the entire team, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,666 , allowing us to afford a much needed attorney

We need a public outcry in these next few weeks. When complete the website will have documentation and scientific information specific to our organization and local. Photos showing that the problems are real. Locals have felt unheard for years and are intimidated to come forward. The website will give credibility and show resources. Accessible 24/7.

Our mission

EFCC is a grassroots effort to protect the East Fork of the Lewis River, as well as our homes and families. A restored wild gene bank of salmonid resides below a gravel quarry which is applying for expansion. Lucia Falls is just 40 miles north of Portland, OR in SW Washington. Scientists have validated residents fears concerning landslide risks, noise, dust from trucks and blasting, surface and groundwater pollution, double gravel truck traffic on steep windy roads, and the need for a SEPA review. This is a popular tourist and fishing destination. We need to preserve this irreplaceable asset.
