Partnership Proposal Presentation

Project details

What we need
  • A new partnership proposal presentation, or an update of an existing proposal in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, or another presentation software
  • Best practices and tactics for structuring an effective partnership proposal
Additional details

To deepen our organization's impact by continuing to develop our corporate sponsorship tools, beginning with establishing a corporate sponsor(s) for our annual program the Creative Climate Awards (CCA).

An identification of multiple companies who support our mission who we can share tailored sponsorship packets with.

The creation of a template packet for CCA sponsorship that can be altered based on each company's needs, reach, and prior NPO engagement.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a strong base of draft pitches for the Creative Climate Awards from past years.

We also have multiple draft lists for potential corporate sponsors which we believe may have been appropriate matches for our organization in the past.

Our board members have contacts with various companies allowing for more extensive networking opportunities.

We also have a diverse team of advisors to help us brainstorm and plan, providing you with any other information you may need
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provide additional funding to artists who are selected for the Creative Climate Awards, while continuing to strengthen our programs.

Through corporate sponsorship, we will strengthen the manner in which we utilize the arts to inspire environmental action.

This funding will directly support our CCA artists who make their livelihoods from commissions and will also provide the opportunity for us to make our events more accessible and impactful to those living in New York's five boroughs.

We are building a global cultural movement to inspire BIG, BOLD, and BEAUTIFUL climate actoin. We are a creative, action-oriented community of arts, policy, science, communications, and business experts committed to creating and sharing innovative approaches to tackling social and environmental challenges.

What we do

The Human Impacts Institute was founded in 2011 and over the course of the past seven years, HII has provided over 1,200 hours of environmental educational programming across several core themes. The themes include stewardship-based initiatives such as Tree Care, environmental justice public resources such as the Impact Hours series, and climate communication programs such as the Creative Climate Awards, a competition bringing climate-inspired art to NYC audiences and beyond. HII's framework focuses on using arts and creativity as a tool for strengthening traditional environmental action methods. HII has developed environmental programs on a variety of topics for diverse audiences. Programs include youth environmental leadership intensives, community environmental workshops, local estuary and tree care stewardship opportunities for all ages, and more. These programs strive to integrate creative projects such as film and video, graphic design, tree guard building, and more.

We know there's a gap between knowing, understanding, and taking action. By building diverse communities and connecting you to solutions in beautiful and engaging ways, we inspire you to take action by making issues personal and practical to your life.
