Additional details
I am looking for email templates to help manage our volunteer program. Volunteers work with our organization on a variety of projects and I need help creating a welcome/ welcome back email template, a thank you email template for one time volunteer events, a "sign up for new projects" email template, and an email template to send out to various channels, including donors, stakeholders, and for general supporters.
What we have in place
- We currently have a drafted email template for volunteers to sign up, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have past email templates in Mailchimp and Squarespace, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,187 , allowing us to plant twice as many floating gardens filled with native plants and install the first floating forrest on the Chicago River.
This project will help us keep clear communication to our growing network of volunteers. Having prewritten email templates will allow us to connect various events and happenings to a wider audience.

Urban Rivers' has installed 2,000 square feet of floating gardens on the Chicago River since 2017 and is now focused on building out an urban wildlife sanctuary, the Wild Mile.
Urban Rivers' current objectives:
- Increase habitat
- Improve water quality
- Inspire innovation
- Educate the public
...All while beautifying the Chicago River!
