What we need
- Ready-to-publish copy for a volunteer manual
- Review of current volunteer manual and suggestions for updates to be made
*Note: For a designed version of the manual, post our Print Materials Design project once you've finalized copy and content
Additional details
Have different pieces for Board and Volunteer onboarding, brand narrative, etc. that need to be pulled into a single document. Will have an outline so skeleton will be in place already. Deliverable will be either a ppt or word doc, that we will get designed in a follow up project on Catchafire.
What we have in place
- We currently have almost all the content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an outline of the structure, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to Launch new initiatives and move current ones forward.
Accelerate the movement to adopt ecocentric laws to allow Nature to regenerate and rebalance the human to nature relationship.

Our mission
Earth Law Center catalyzes a global movement to rebalance the human-Nature relationship.
We do this by working to make ELC a household name, expanding the body of Earth Law, and providing tools for judges and lawyers to analyze in decisions affecting the natural environment.
What we do
Our continued well being depends on a paradigm shift in law from a human based one to a nature based one so ecological communities can regenerate and thrive.
This includes a wide range of activities from researching and writing part of an amendment being considered by the Oaxaca Parliament for rights of rivers, to Amicus Briefs (12+ submitted since 2018). This includes the first Earth Law textbook in the world, published by Wolters Kluwer as well as Earth Law frameworks for rivers, marine protected areas and communities.
Catchafire volunteers form a core part of ELC's volunteer leaders, and we've completed over 100+ projects. So thank you Catchafire!!!
