Project details

What we need
  • Ongoing web development support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: website maintenance, updates or improvements
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details

- Seeking a WordPress developer to help us update our WordPress core.
- We need help ensuring that the code is not broken after updating the WordPress core.
- Install the YOAST plug-in so that we can improve our meta data and meta description of our page URLs.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our Communications Manager available to help you get set up and answer any questions that come up.

We also have an SEO Audit that was recently completed, which has recommendations of the updates that might be needed alongside the core update.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,757 , allowing us to continue to utilize our WordPress site to the best capacity.

We need to update our WordPress core, we do not have the monetary resources, or the staff ability to make this change. We need outside assistance from an expert to be able to make this update effectively.
