What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)

We need a shiny new annual report to send out to our funders! We're gathering the photos & writing the content....we need you to put it all together into a good-looking PDF report of about 20 pages (actually, 4 pages of 8.5x11 paper folded in half and printed both sides).

What we have in place
  • We currently have our logo, photos, text content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff members happy to help., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to organize, organize, organize!

We need to tell the story of our 2020 achievements for longtime and new funders, to keep them engaged and committed to our work.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

What we do

Hearings and meetings and legislation and letters? We do that. Protests and blockades? We do that, too....and how. We believe our most important task is building and inspiring the movement, because only a movement can bring about the profound change we need, as quickly as we need it to.
