What we need
- Set up of Organization's account in email marketing software (possible tools include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor)
- Imported contact list into software with guidance on list cleaning & management
Additional details
We currently use Mailchimp and our contacts are a mess. We are looking for someone who has a really solid grasp on the Mailchimp system and can help us better organize our contact lists more efficiently for better optimization. Currently we have multiple audiences with several thousand unsubscribes that we are still paying for in our system. We are looking for a way to clean up our data and also organize with tags, rather than audiences.
What we have in place
- We currently have multiple audiences set up in Mailchimp, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 20,000 contacts and clearly defined groups, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,690 , allowing us to plant more trees along the Mississippi River in Saint Paul, Minnesota and bring more outdoor education opportunities to public school children in our community.
Currently we are overpaying for having duplicates in our system. Also, our work flow for marketing is not optimized because our system is not set up properly. Getting this sorted out will help us better communicate with our audience, experience less unsubscribes, and improve the efficiency of our workflow.
