(Short) Animation Creation

What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content
Additional details

Our organization has been around since 1982 and we have a holistic approach that takes a couple minutes to explain to someone. It would be great to have a video that explains what we do and inspires others to get involved. Many people don't "get" who we are but once they do after a few years, they stick around.

What we have in place
  • We currently have https://www.greenamerica.org/our-mission that explains, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have director of comms to explain what we do and can show, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put that money into other efforts

For fundraising or speaking at events, being able to explain how we tackle issues and get work done will help us resonate with people and hopefully inspire them to get involved so we can have a bigger impact in the world.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)
