Presentation Template Creation

Project details

What we need
  • Design of a presentation template based on Organization's visual branding guidelines
  • Creation of 10-15 different slide types in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Keynote, or another presentation software that can be customized for various needs
Additional details

As our organization is growing, we find ourselves creating more and more presentations to funders, schools and other groups and would like to have consistency in the presentation slide decks we use.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a brand guideline document, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have past presentations, photos and logos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to continue to serve our community through delivering local food to low income individuals and help our region transition to 100% renewable energy by 2050.

Brand consistency is incredibly important to any growing NGO. We are applying for larger grants, taking on bigger and more important projects and want our documents and forward facing material to represent our concise and well put together organization.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss potential use cases for presentation so that volunteer knows the types of slides to create

  • Professional drafts slides in desired format (e.g., Powerpoint, Google Slides, Prezi), and incorporates any feedback to create final product

Milestone 3: Final Draft & Training
  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
  • Professional provides training on how to use template to create presentations
