Project details

What we need
  • Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
  • Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
  • Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
  • Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
  • A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps
Additional details

We need input from educators for developing the Blue Schools Program that empowers K-12 youth to be stewards of local watersheds and our One World Ocean. We especially need support with curriculum design for each group (K-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12) and Creative Messaging.

What we have in place
  • We currently have A program overview pdf, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Lesson plan ideas and determined formats (in class and web), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,000 , allowing us to focus on making direct impact and developing the Blue Schools program.

This project is essential for the most effective program we offer in terms of long term impact. The youth of today hold the future of our planet in their hands. It's up to us to empower our youth to take care of the home we all share.
