  • Note: This project does not include salary/benefit recommendations or offer letter construction.

Hoping to connect w a professional to help us clarify our needs that involve the following: Seeking inspired administrative support for e-mail management, scheduling, communications, google docs, canva or other graphics program, presentations, spreadsheets, online programming. Would be great to find someone aligned with our purpose (We are a nature-based business program that supports regionally resilient production for basic needs businesses in food, clothing, shelter and wellness)

What we have in place
  • We currently have great pitch language and graphics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have mentors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to we are a very small non profit and this support will enable us to make our dollars go much further

we have a globally impactful model and admin support can help us reach the other regions of the world interested in our model

  • Volunteer Manager introduces Professional to organization and open role, including the history of this position within the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager explains the Organization’s hiring process to the Professional
  • Professional gathers information about the role to assist in job description and interview rubric creation

Step 2: Analysis & Recommendations
  • Professional presents a draft of the job description and sample interview questions
  • Professional asks follow-up questions to help as they source future candidates
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional
