What we need
  • A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
  • Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details

We'd like an assessment of our existing programmatic surveys to be sure they are useful for stakeholders and intentionally worded to capture targeted data points.

We primarily use Constant Contact for surveys and occasionally Google Forms.

What we have in place
  • We have drafts of surveys we've created that we can share.

    We could also provide some of our Impact reports or Annual reports that we create using the survey feedback. Perhaps there is a better way to approach the surveys working backward from what we utilize the data for.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,644 , allowing us to reach more community members with our water conservation programs.

We use these surveys to drive decisions around budget, staffing, program changes and new program development. We want to be sure we are asking the right questions to get a real time pulse on how our programs are being received.
