What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

We're looking for a kit of 5-8 branded gifs to promote our Power Shift 2021 convergence with the goal of getting it on Instagram!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a branding guide and website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some ideas about catchphrases., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,066 , allowing us to pay people stipends to organize the convergence and pay for more folks to get scholarships!

Culture work is important to us, and I think that finding our folks where they're at will help with recruitment.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
