What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We need to create a board/employee handbook with policies for whistleblower, conflict of interest, non disclosure, safeguarding, director pay policy, and any other relevant policies.
What we have in place
- We currently have Example documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a board of directors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,810 , allowing us to continue our focus on making impact for our one world Ocean!
This is essential to be in compliance with federal guidelines and ensure upstanding ethics across the board.

Our mission
Ocean Blue Project is a grassroots environmental charitable organization with a Mission to protect the health of humans, our One World Ocean, beaches, and rivers through collaborative community driven plastic pollution relief, service learning projects, scientific research, and youth education.
What we do
Ocean Blue Project is an authentic grassroots nonprofit on a mission to clean the ocean. Our goal is to rehabilitate and conserve the world's waterways, which will allow for healthier human and wildlife communities. We dive into plastic recovery projects that protect people from cancers and disease and engage communities in pollution relief, river restoration, and youth education programs that encourage intentional stewardship of the earth and wildlife.
