What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
Someone with knowledge of Florida's water woes would be very helpful. I am looking for a self-starter that is willing to do the research and background check on our organization to come up with a final product that is comprehensive and meaningful.
What we have in place
- We currently have a donor letter, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website with information on our organization, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to focus on Everglades restoration.
By developing a meaningful connection with our donors through thoughtful interactions, we will be able to create a stronger community around the fight for clean water.

Friends of the Everglades is a nonprofit founded in 1969 by renowned journalist, author, and environmental activist Marjory Stoneman Douglas dedicated to preserving, protecting, and restoring the only Everglades in the world.
