Project details

What we need
  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials
  • Messaging that is consistent with brand identity, public relations strategy and communications objectives
Additional details

I need fundraising/ promotional materials for a year-end donation campaign that goes until December 30th, 2019. All donations made to our organizations page through Patagonia's Action Works website will be matched through the end of the month. The copy should be written for a multi-use campaign we can send out through various channels including social media, email newsletter, and December update (for donors & general supporters) as part of our end-of-year appreciation and fundraising campaign.

What we have in place
  • We currently have several copy style guides from previous campaigns, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have brand messaging/ marketing assets from Patagonia to use, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to install more floating gardens filled with native wetland plants that help to restore the ecosystem and create habitat on the Chicago River.

This project will help us drive our end-of-year appreciation and fundraising campaign through Patagonia's generous match opportunity. With the continuous support of our community we have accomplished a lot! This year every dollar given will have double the impact allowing us to plant twice as many floating native wetland gardens next year! This will help us achieve our goal of restoring our local ecosystem, rebuilding habitat for wildlife, and strengthen our community!
