- A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.

Additional details
S&TC campaigns to restore wild salmonid populations in the UK, as well as the ecosystems they rely on. We call for action on open cage salmon farming, agricultural practices and industrial pollution. We are seeking help with undertaking a detailed comms strategy review to plan for 2020. This will include clarifying position statements and deliverables, developing a framework to identify target audience, design a comms plan by channel and set goals for comms output.
What we have in place
- We have detailed position statements, established comms channels, identified audiences.
We have one full time member of staff dedicated to communications as well as funding.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to intensify our advocacy, increase our communications footprint.
It will bring clarity of purpose, very clear operational targets and well defined, measurable, strategic outcomes

Our mission
WildFish is the UK's only independent charity campaigning for wild fish and the ecosystems on which they rely. Wild salmon and trout are natural indicators of a happy and healthy water environment. We are a campaign based, science-lead, lobbying organisation. We do this without the use of taxpayer's money, so we are not compromised in challenging Governments. All our work is a direct product of the passion and support of those of follow us, which enables us to be your voice and to stand up openly for wild fish and water with no strings attached.
