What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details

We want to grow the organisation and make the most of our entrepreneurial approach. We have some strong campaigns and we're interested in focusing their effectiveness.
We want to work with someone who is happy developing our activist approach through less conventional routes. This would suit someone who is good at original thinking.

What we have in place
  • We have a business plan but feel it is conventional. We're interested in working with someone that can help us develop a more innovative approach.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to better support neighbourhood groups fighting to stop rivers being polluted. Currently every river in London fails water quality standards, depriving people of the joy of their local waterway.

We are the only organisation of our kind in London. This means that while we are distinctive we need help making this difference a strength.
An independent assessment of where we are will be incredibly useful.

What we do

We need a truly swimmable River Thames. It would boost the mental and physical health of thousands of people and transform our relationship with this iconic river.
We have a right to clean water so we are working with neighbourhoods to make rivers in public parks free of pollution.
We hold the authorities to account and strengthen the voice of people that want healthy rivers.
