Google Workspace Set Up
Google Workspace Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
Our main goal is to set up our organization on Gmail. Our Google Apps for Nonprofits application has been approved, but we do not have the bandwidth to work with a Google representative to set up the accounts and make the change.
What we have in place
- We currently have an approved application and account information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a small amount of apps needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to focus on our larger mission, which to plan our many campaign strategies that would protect marine species and the ocean they inhibit.
As a small grassroots organization, we have been using an email service that is affordable yet lacking in functionality and speed. Updating our system will allow us to focus our attention to the bigger issues we are taking on this upcoming year, like passing federal legislation that would save thousands of marine animals from becoming by-catch in industrial fishing.
Project plan
Our mission
To mobilize people in local communities around the world to protect marine wildlife and the oceans and inland watersheds that sustain them.
What we do
Turtle Island Restoration Network (TIRN) is a leading advocate for the world's ocean and marine wildlife.
Our work is based on science, fueled by people who care, and effective at catalyzing long-lasting positive change that protects the likes of green sea turtles, whale sharks and coho salmon.
We accomplish our mission through grassroots empowerment, consumer action, strategic litigation, hands-on restoration, environmental education, and by promoting sustainable local, national and international marine policies.
