Project details

What we need
  • Designs for a predetermined number of marketing or communications materials such as invitations, email designs, graphics for social media, digital flyers, presentation design, and signage
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details

I'm looking for communication materials for our annual fundraising dinner this September including branding, printable card with details, Digital Invitation, Email Banner & design, a poster, and social media graphics.

What we have in place
  • We have all the event details as well as pictures and video from last year's event, which was the first time we hosted such a fundraising dinner. We also have a platform for attendees to register and, of course, all of our organizational branding (logos, icons, colors, etc.)
How this will help
This project will save us $945 , allowing us to fund our many programs protecting the attacks on our air, water and public lands right here in our community.

We are a small organization without any in-house design expertise and we don't have the budget to pay someone to work on design for an event. Yet, we want it to be professional looking and draw people to it. We understand a strong communications plan and presentation is key.

Our mission

San Juan Citizens Alliance advocates for clean air, pure water, and healthy lands and wildlife - the foundations of resilient communities, ecosystems and economies in the San Juan Basin (southwest CO and northwest NM).

What we do

In 1986 a group of concerned citizens joined forces, launching the Alliance to protect their families and neighbors from the impacts of unchecked oil and gas development. Over the years, the organization grew to address a broad array of issues concerning the quality and protection of regional air, land, and water resources. The Alliance has over 900 dues-paying members and thousands of supporters who care passionately about preserving the unique qualities of this region. We are supported by eight staff members who add decades of technical and strategic expertise to the cause.

Testimonials

This was our first Catch-a-Fire design project and we were thrilled with the results. Carree was easy to work with, timely, and easily grasped what we were going for. She also provided helpful insights. We are really grateful and highly recommend her.

Helping out SJCA with their annual fundraising materials was great. Love supporting an organization working in the nature and conservation arena.
