What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed

Graphic design for digital report that will go to riverkeepers and waterkeepers across the US as well as river defenders around the world using the Boulder Creek Watershed as an example.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an annual report and several infographics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an updated website, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus on our river, forest, town and ocean legal initiatives.

To shift the paradigm to halt the destruction of Nature, we need to get the world out to a broader audience and this report will be an important part of doing that.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

Milestone 3: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
  • Professional provides guidance on printing specifications (colors, size, etc.)

Our mission

Earth Law Center catalyzes a global movement to rebalance the human-Nature relationship.

We do this by working to make ELC a household name, expanding the body of Earth Law, and providing tools for judges and lawyers to analyze in decisions affecting the natural environment.

What we do

Our continued well being depends on a paradigm shift in law from a human based one to a nature based one so ecological communities can regenerate and thrive.

This includes a wide range of activities from researching and writing part of an amendment being considered by the Oaxaca Parliament for rights of rivers, to Amicus Briefs (12+ submitted since 2018). This includes the first Earth Law textbook in the world, published by Wolters Kluwer as well as Earth Law frameworks for rivers, marine protected areas and communities.

Catchafire volunteers form a core part of ELC's volunteer leaders, and we've completed over 100+ projects. So thank you Catchafire!!!
