Additional details

We are a Massachusetts based non-profit looking to update our employee manual to reflect current Massachusetts requirements.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an MA employee manual current through 2013, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated team willing to assist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to expand our Orca Awareness Month events!

We are expanding our efforts to protect whales and dolphins and bringing on new staff this year so having a current employee manual is essential.

Our mission

We are guided by a simple principle - whales play a critical role in the health of our marine and global ecosystems.

Our mission is to amaze people with the wonder of whales and dolphins and inspire global action to protect them as key contributors to the ecosystem.

We are currently working to prevent the first modern-day extinctions of North Atlantic right whales and Southern Resident Orcas in U.S. waters.

What we do

We are the leading global charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of whales and dolphins. We defend these remarkable creatures against the many threats
they face through campaigns, advising governments and NGOs, conservation projects, field research, and rescue.

Our vision of a world where every whale and dolphin is safe and free is not a noble gesture, but an essential means to sustain the future of our Earth by increasing the planet's climate resiliency.

The sunlit surface of the ocean is home to phytoplankton - tiny plant-like organisms which produce at least half of the Earth's oxygen, serve as the base of the marine food web, and combat climate change as they sequester carbon. Whales recycle and move nutrients to surface waters where they act as the ocean's gardeners, fertilizing the phytoplankton on which our planet depends.
