Email Marketing Template Design

Project details

What we need
  • Design of email marketing template based on the Organization's visual branding guidelines
  • Application of email template for 3-5 emails series, if applicable
Additional details

We are overhauling our email templates after going through a re-branding process. We have a need for 3-4 templates/themes. We currently use EveryAction to send emails. With EA emails, there are Themes & Reusables:
- Email themes can include a locked header and footer, with an empty area left for messaging.
- Reusables are the blocks of content that email themes wrap around. They can hold a full body of an email, or you can choose to create smaller reusables.
We need help with both probably.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a new logo and color scheme, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an outline of purposes for each email theme needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,092 , allowing us to spend more time coordinating our outdoor education program for youth, Winter Tracks. The program is focused on getting kids outside in the winter months.

Our organization just completed a rebranding process, for visual and written communications. We have a need to update our email templates to match our new brand, but do not have anyone on staff that could do so easily, without using the sledgehammer approach. In order to save the wild Scotchmans, we need to communicate with supporters in a visually effective way.

Our mission

To pass on a Scotchman Peaks Wilderness for our children and grandchildren.

What we do

The Scotchman Peaks have been passed down to children and grandchildren for as long as people have lived in the Inland Northwest. They are the traditional territory of the Ktunaxa Nation, Kootenai Tribe of Idaho, and the Kalispel Tribe.

The Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness is committed to saving this land for children and grandchildren yet to come. The mission is simple: using every available tool to save the wild Scotchmans.

There are many ways the Friends pursue that goal. One of the most important is advocating for designated Wilderness status. While the Scotchman Peaks region is managed as recommended wilderness, it takes an act of Congress to create the Scotchman Peaks Wilderness. Saving the land for years to come.

That's just the beginning of what the Friends do. The organization also works to connect community members with their wild backyard. Volunteers generously give their time to maintaining the trails that keep wilderness accessible to everyone. They educate adults and kids alike on the natural world and why it matters. Perhaps most importantly, they inspire others through their passion and enthusiasm for wild places.

The fact is that wilderness matters. It provides crucial habitat to wildlife, plants and trees. It attracts tourists that drive the local economy. It's a wonderland for hikers, hunters, fishers and nature lovers. And it provides people an escape from the stress of modern life. The world needs country left untamed. And, for Idaho and Montana, Scotchman Peaks is that wild place.
