What we need
- Document that articulates in a consistent voice key messages about the Organization’s identity, constituents, mission, and vision
- Creation of taglines and talking points to help the Organization communicate clearly and concisely
- Recommendations on tailoring messaging for common communication channels (e.g., website copy, printed marketing collateral, pitching verbally)

Document that articulates a tag line and messages (print, social media, web site) for our education campaign to prevent dumping of abandoned vehicles and trash along river shoreline, talking points for in-person dialogue with fishermen at river bank fishing sites, and text for posted signs and flyers.
What we have in place
- We currently have a team of partners to help with message development, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have locations and outlets where we want to post content, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,600 , allowing us to A contribution of $6,000 will help us leverage $44,000 in grant funding and other cash contributions toward the cost of debris removal and salmon fishermen education campaign materials.
Our organization's goal is to work with partners - in this case, Native tribal corporation landowners, state agencies, and Wrangell-St. Elias National Park -- for the benefit of a shared, renewable resource, salmon, and the river system habitat that is all of our inheritance. This project will help us build trust among partners and lay the ground work for future collaborations on salmon habitat prioritization at a watershed scale.

Our mission
The Copper River Watershed Project promotes a salmon-rich, intact watershed and culturally diverse communities by forming partnerships for watershed-scale planning and action. We are working with a diverse group of stakeholders to clean up shoreline debris on the Copper River at a key fishing site.
What we do
For the past 20 years, we've been working with partners across the region to identify watershed-scale salmon habitat priorities, restoration opportunities, and to lead K - 12 students in watershed exploration programs.
