Biography
Since 2009, Cafeteria Culture has been piloting programs and teaching media, arts, citizen science and civic action to put youth in the driver's seat of change in their communities. We teach the "why" with the "how" as our students connect zero waste efforts to climate change and environmental justice. Through our innovative and cross-curriculum teaching, our student leaders collect and present data to achieve school and city-wide behavior and policy changes.
