Mission

The Colorado Farm & Food Alliance (COFFA) connects farm-to-table stakeholders to support sustainable communities and to promote climate action and sound conservation policy. Our slogan is "think globally, eat locally, act now" and our mission is to connect what's on people's plate with the need, and avenue, for timely action. We seek to pair actions that support resilient and viable communities, healthy farms, and sustainable food systems with Coloradan's love for healthy, locally sourced foods and drink.
